Is the e-trike tandem also suitable for senior citizens?
Yes, the BamBuk has also been specially developed with age-appropriate mobility in mind - safe, comfortable, stable.
Do I have to pedal myself?
No, there are variants with selectable freewheel. One person can also ride while the other enjoys the ride.
How safe is the BamBuk e-trike tandem?
Very safe - it does not tip to one side, is fully sprung and equipped with high-quality brakes.
Do I need a driving licence or a number plate?
No. The BamBuk E-Trike Tandem is a pedelec and is considered a bicycle.
How much does a BamBuk e-trike tandem cost?
The price depends on the equipment and variant. You can find an overview in the configurator.
How can I try it out?
Simply arrange a test drive - on site or as a virtual consultation.
How is the trike delivered?
Pre-assembled to your home or to a specialist workshop on request.
How far can I get on one battery charge?
Ranges of up to 70 km are possible with one battery - depending on the route, payload and assistance level. With an optional second battery, the range can be doubled to up to 140 km.
Can I also transport the BamBuk e-trike tandem with a camper or car?
Yes, thanks to the patented telescopic solution, the trike can be pushed together to just 2.00 metres and can be transported on a special bike rack or in the vehicle.
Is the BamBuk e-trike tandem also suitable for people with physical disabilities?
Absolutely. The low entry, upright seating position, safe steering and electric drive make the trike particularly accessible and comfortable - even for people with limited mobility.
Can two people of different strengths ride together?
Yes, with individually adjustable freewheel options, either just one person can pedal or both together - with or without motor assistance.
Are there different equipment variants?
Yes, the BamBuk E-Trike Tandem is available in the „Basic“, „Independent“ and „Exclusive“ variants - from functional to comfort-orientated. All variants can be customised.
